ICOLSE 2026 – Hosted in Charleston, SC, October 5-8, 2026

The International Conference on Lightning and Static Electricity (ICOLSE) is a biennial conference focused on static electricity generation and lightning phenomenology, protection and effects on air vehicles and a wide variety of ground-based systems and industrial facilities. ICOLSE 2026 will feature original research papers that foster discussion and address challenges in current and emerging technologies. The program will cover a wide range of topics, including phenomenology, measurement, design, protection, testing, and computational modeling. Attendees will include experts from leading aerospace companies, government agencies, universities, and other organizations.
