Paper Submissions

Abstracts

Abstracts should be no more than 250 words describing the paper’s objective and a brief summary. The abstract shall include the paper title and the author(s), their respective company, and what topic/category the paper belongs to (please see the list below). It should also follow IEEE’s style of formatting; authors unfamiliar with this style can refer to IEEE’s official guidance here.

All abstracts will undergo peer review by the program committee. Presentations must focus on research, education, policy, or technical innovation. Promotional content or pitches for commercial products, services, or companies will not be accepted. Accepted works will be scheduled as oral presentations to be delivered at the in-person conference in October. Full papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
